Is it normal to have brownish spotting and pelvic cramping. I have been experiencing this lately.

Hi Yasta,

Breakthrough bleeding is quite common while on the protocols. I bled all the way through it but once I stopped the birth control pill and started pumping I didn't see "aunt flow" for a year. At this point I've been either pumping or breastfeeding since last September and have not seen "aunt flow" since.

At what point in your cycle did you start the bcp?

Fondly,

I started the protocol on 4/30 which is ten days after my normal cycle. Does that make a difference ?
