Hi all,
I thought by this time I would be telling you all about our son. However our son turned out to be a girl and once she was born the birth father and his family took her so we have one more failed adoption. I know God has our baby out there for us the waiting is just so hard.

Joni,
I'm so sorry. You will be in my prayers.

I'm always amazed at how people have 9 months to prepare and then at the last moment decide that they want to parent. I realize emotions and all that come into the picture, but I think people should know that, and if they are unsure, then wait until the baby is born to try to pick an adoptive family. I know this sounds harsh, but it's so unfair to people like you who are waiting. I hope that precious little baby is well cared for.

Thank you and I agree. I told our agency that I was getting really tired of being held hostage by birth mothers, talk about a harsh thing to say. But they want expenses and they want us to bend over backwards and then they just yank the rug out from under us.

I am so sorry!! I feel for your heartache. Turn to God and let him strenghten your heart in this terrible time. Our prayers are with you and yes you are correct God does have that special one out there for you. Trust in him, and when you finally get the one for you then all the pain of the wait will melt away. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Take care of yourself and family now!! Your time is coming.
