Hi Lalle,

As with anything that is frozen, some nutrients are lost but when you compare frozen breastmilk to fresh formula, the breastmilk is far more nutritious and chock full of anitbodies and other goodies. Breastmilk is so far ahead of formula that we can afford to lose a few antioxidants. It should be noted that the milk of only 16 mothers were studied. Freezing techniques vary too.

Right Lenore, That was what I found so interesting about the article is they said basically no matter that you give up some nutrients by storing your milk it is still way above and beyond better for your baby than formula.
