She was a small little one with down syndrome and she switched easily to the breast, but would not gain weight (found out another cause, but we used this when mom not available or I didn't have any milk prepared in sns and used after I ran out. Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
