Congratulations!!! Can't wait to hear the birth story.

As for the pumping recommendations for the Pump in Style. Basically I never needed to go past medium suction...and you can work up to that....start low and then increase gradually...and it's speed 3 or 4. Some ladies use speed 5 until you get a let down, and then slow to speed 3 or 4 because babies suck quickly to ilicit a let down response and then slow to a more rhythmic sucking pattern.

Some moms do the 7 minutes on the pump then do the exercises, stroke, tickle, jiggle, and then resume for another 7 minutes. Personally I found that pumping for at least 20-30 minutes in a row was the best for me and gave me at least 2 let downs in once pumping session.
