I'm going to be starting the regular protocol soon and was wondering what bcp is recommended? If Yasmin is recommended for accelerated and menopausal, wouldn't it be all that much better than ortho for the regular protocol as well or not? Would there be negative side effects to being on Yasmin that long? If ortho is recommended over Yasmin, what would be the reason? Thanks ladies! Just trying to weigh out all of my options. Sandra

you can use yasmin or ortho 1/35. Both will do the same thing

I'll be on the protocol for 7-9 months. How would I make the decision as to which one to use? Sandra

Hi Sandra,

My preference for the regular protocol is the Ortho 1/35. It's worked for me both times I did the regular protocol.

Warmest regards,
