Its private adoption. Not through an agency. The 1000 is my lawyers fees. The reason its so cheap is she is under 21 and medicaid is paying the delivery.So my only cost would be the lawyer.. Now that is IF she gives it up.. IF not we are still on our surrogacy route. Should start inseminations in the next week... when she peaks
