Hello again:
I called Medela Customer Service and the representative walked me through a troubleshooting. It turns out that one of the yellow valves under the breast cup was cracked. It broke the seal which caused the loss of vacuum on that side. I didn't even notice that.

I have a place to get replacement parts and then it's fixed.

That is good customer support from Medela.
