OP Sandra member Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 65 MI	I will soon be beginning the regular protocol for a future adoption and had a question...I will be on the protocol at least 6 months. (probably longer) I have heard from some sources the Yasmin is the best to take and from other sources that the Ortho 1/35 yields the best "supply" results for the regular protocol. From everyone's knowledge here, which is correct? Thanks so much! Sandra

Yasmin is a good alternative but as with any medication, it's important to check with your doctor first so that you can be monitored and educate at the same time.
