Dom. finally arrived and started pro. two days ago. My concern is that we just found out we have only 6 weeks before baby comes. Is 4 weeks enough time to stay on Yas. and dom. and than began the pumping while continuing dom.? Any info. is greatly appreciated. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Congratulations on your impending arrival!!

Yes. If you can do at least 30 days on the protocol, you can expect to have more milk than if you didn't do the protocol at all.

Once your baby arrives, you can breastfeed with the help of a supplementary feeding tube device such as a Lact-aid www.lact-aid.com filled with either donor milk or formula until your own milk supply is well established.
