How long does it take before you should see "visible" changes in the breasts? It has been six days since starting accl. pro. and they feel like just bad pms symptoms with a little aching now and then. Just wondering what others experience. I really want to make this a successful experience for our impending arrival in 6 weeks. Also should I be drinking large amounts of water to help things along? Any other experiences you'd like to share will be appreciated. Thanks ahead for the support. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I just want to share my experience. I have always read about many people increasing a cup size and having other breast changes. Both times (4 years ago and currently) that I have been on the protocol, I have had almost no breast changes. I have experienced a lot of heaviness but never any visible changes. Response to the protocol varies from woman to woman.

Hi Mtmom,

Lisa is absolutely right. Different women respond differently to the protocols. The guidelines we have in our guide are just that..guidelines. It sounds as if you are actually experiencing changes already. You should have an good idea about the changes after about 2 weeks.
