Hi all -
I just started the regular protocol about two weeks ago. My nipples are dry and are itching like crazy. Is this normal with the protocols? Just something I noticed, so I thought I'd check in and see if anyone else has experienced it.
Thanks!

Hi,

You can try applying lanolin ointment or olive oil. It may help.

I actually think that is a good sign. That is the way my nipples felt in the beginning whenever I was pregnant. Shea butter is very nice to use too.
