I am so about to give up. :::sigh:::: What is the trick to collecting all the little drops of milk? I have resorted to using old lupron needles (from past IVF cycles) with the needle intact because it picks up the small milk drops easier than an eye dropper or needle-less syringe. I am not getting much...about enough to fill one syringe with each pumping. I do notice more milk, but I seem to have hit a plateau. I don't know, I guess I'll never see 4 oz./day and just feel like giving up. I feel like all this work I've done is wasted on a few measley drops.

Saige hang in there. Every drop is worth it. As for collecting I used to just put the bottle in the fridge and then take it out and pump into it again. At the end of the day you can put everything into what you are freezing it in.

Are you nursing any of your kids with the lact-aid? PLease forgive if this info is in any earlier posts. If not, I would think that would help.

I wish I could offer you some good advice but I'm just too green.

Don't stop now. It is a ton of work but sooooo worht it. You don't need a drop of milk to nurse that sweet baby, you can use the Lact-aid...it is so much more then just producing milk. I am so glad I went through with the protocal and the work involved, but now that my daughter is here it was so worth it. Just remember, when baby starts to nurse she/he will be better then any pump out there. You will make the 4 oz. you want plus-I just know it. Keep positive, you CAN do it!!!! Remind me please, how long did you do the protocol? What birth control pill did you use? What dose of domperidone are you on? What pump are you using? How many times per day are you pumping? How much are you collecting in a 24 hour period?
