WOW .... this has already been so rewarding and I am so happy 3 days into pumping. I am pumping about 7 - 8 times a day and I am getting about 1oz of milk at most of my pumping sessions (I get very little at my middle of night session). I got my first spray this morning. I started the herbs this morning also. I just wanted to post a happy note in here and thank everyone for their supprt.
