Hi!
I had been on the accelerated approach, we only found out we were match with a bm the middle of March, and just stopped the Yasmin on June 18.. our son is due July 24 and I wanted to give myself 6 weeks for pumping.
So far, it takes me about two days to pump just one ounce. Is this normal? I am not expecting miracles, it is just sometimes frustruating to do all this work and get so little milk. I have started the fenugreek and blessed thistle and drink mother's milk tea. I understand because I had to do the accelerated approach I may not get a full supply, but will it get better and increase, at least a little bit?
Thanks,
Sharon

I answered in your other post. But wanted to say here too that it sounds like you are on track. Just hang in there.

Hi Sharon,

CONGRATULATIONS! You're doing better than I did at this point and I ended up with over 30 oz per day.

It takes time for the birth control pill to leave your system and for your milk supply to build. Just stay the course and your supply should build and build.

Best,
