I am on the accellerated and my 30 days will be up on Thursday. I am not a cup bigger. I do feel fuller and have had some leakage and tenderness. I did for a while have alot of pain. Our baby will be here soon edd is 8/21 but doc says that he will probably be here sooner. Maybe as early as 7/31 that is when birth mom will be 37 wks. I guess my question is do I take my last birthcontrol pill on thursday so I can start pumping?? or do I stay on the birthcontrol pill longer?

Do you intend to nurse with the lact-aid until your supply is established? You will need some time to pump but the longer you are on the protocol usually the better. If you have a lact-aid you could stay on the BCP until the end of July and start pumping. If he/she is born on time that would be 3 weeks of pumping. If baby is born early then you stop the bcp's and nurse with the lact-aid pumping after feeds.

Im sure that baby will come early because birthmom is begging doctor to induce her. That is why I am asuming that he will come around the 31st that is when she will be 37 wks. I wish that she would just be patient but she wants it over! Today at her doctor app. he (doctor) told birth mom just give him one more week! I guess I should buy sns what one to buy?? sns or lact-aid?

Most women prefer a lact-aid. Here is the site www.lact-aid.com

I just want to mention that inducing a mother when it it is not medically necessary, just because she wants it to be over is in my opinion not the best idea. There are plenty of problems with babies born between 37 and 40 weeks. Pregnancy is meant to take 40 weeks for a reason. This bun is not done baking quite yet.
