I'm on the domperidone/blessed thistle/fenugreek and have been pumping for almost 3 weeks. At first I was getting a few drops and over time have increased my milk supply to about 4 or 5oz per day. Our little one is due in about 8 - 10 weeks. (we can never thank our surrogate enough) Will my milk suppley continue to get larger? Is this a good amount to be getting? And why do the bags seem to mesure a different amount than the collection bottles? (the bottle says 4 1/2oz, the bag adds an oz)

I never go by the bags... I measure on the bottles, then write it on where you put the date. It is easier to just do that.

I have been pumping for about 4 weeks, mine milk production went the same way yours did, then suddenly I am getting 20oz a day. I don't know why that happened so suddenly, or if it does for most people, hopefully Lenore posts a reply to you soon with the answers for that one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Congratulations !
