Hi,
I realize you don't want to burn out with pumping but if your baby is due in about 3 weeks you need to think about starting to pump now. Do you have a good breastpump?
You'll need to pump as often as possible, at least 8 times per day for 20-30 minutes about every 2-3 hours.
The medications can only do so much. The rest is up to you, your pump and your breasts.
