But - I just need to add this to avoid others being scared - I am an HIV/AIDS Policy Advisor for the government and HIV does NOT survive nor reproduce outside the body so it would be impossible to contract HIV due to breastmilk residue on a pump. If anyone wants research to back this up just pm me...however, other bacteria I am not aware of - so point taken - I'll save my pennies and see what I can do...thanks for all the very helpful info. k

I have now looked into the Limerick and the problem is that it does not come with battery pack - I will be travelling for a month or so with mine and will need the battery pack. they sell it seperately, but that adds another $75 to the price.
