Ive been collecting my milk now for about 4 or 5 days and only have 20ml saved. Up until yesterday I was not taking the herbs. Now I am. I eat oatmeal everyday. Ive been pumping for 10 days now every 2 to 3 hours.
I am getting very frustrated!

Don't be frustrated!!! It took about a week for it to go from a drop or two to now I get lots... be patient. If you get stressed that will hurt your milk supply. Lenore will be back soon, maybe one of the more experienced ladies will post some ideas... but be patient. It happened that way with me too.

How long are you pumping for? What pump are you using? Also are you doing the breast massage/wiggle/compression? Sometimes it takes awhile to be able to let down to the pump. Hang in there.

Im pumping for at least 15 minutes usually 20. I have the Limerick. I am not doing the massage but I will start. Should I pump longer than 15 to 20 minutes? Should I be pumping more often than 2 to 3 hours?

Nope, I think you are doing fine. Just keep it up. I would stop after like 10 minutes jiggle massage shake and then pump 10 more minutes. That seemed to help me a lot.

You're doing gret for just four or five days! I know it can be agonizing when you feel like you're working so hard and afraid you won't be able to produce what you want to, but hang in there. Soon drops will be sprays, and once the baby (or in my case, three babies) gets here your supply will truly take off!
