Thanks for the heads up on Haiti, but we can't do the travel because of the lead time given, not the actual travel. My dh has to give 6 months notice for vacation, and can't get coverage with only 4-6 week notice.
Dh and I finally had a talk about things (they are working him to death, so I've barely seen him), and we decided to start looking at other agencies after Christmas if we don't have anything by then. Our profile has only been shown twice, and we are open to bi-racial babies! I guess my frustration and impatience is that I thought we'd be shown more in nearly 6 motnhs. If things continue, we'll be shown 4 times and have waited a year!
I am looking into American Adoptions. Has anyone worked with them?
