I have an Expressly Yours, which I bought used off eBay sometime ago. I haven't tried it. I bought it without the bag, so I just have the pump in a box. I think the horns are hard, though. I will have to pull it out tomorrow and check it out. It seemed pretty cool, because you can control not just the suck, but how many times per minute. It's two seperate controls, unlike the PIS, so you can program it to be more in tune with your baby's suck. If you are BF, and you need to pump, I think you won't react as well to the pump if it is very different from your baby's suck. Your breasts can tell the difference.
I was told this wasn't a hospital grade pump, and that the PIS was better. So I have only been using my PIS. In fact, I bought the PIS used off eBay, as well, and now I have a little money that I can buy new one with, which I will probably do this week. The one I am using is stuck on one setting, and I would like to have the ability to change it, if necessary.
The PIS has been working well with me. It took me several weeks before my nipples even got sore, and they are not very. I just bought some Lanisoh the other day, and that seems to help. I am on day 37 of the pumping, and yesterday I pumped 19 ounces. I have one more session today, but it will be about the same today, too.
I will be interested in hearing if anyone else has any positve experiences with it. I will check mine out this week, and possibly test it out. I'll let you know what happens.
