OP lcatmiyamoto newbie L Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 8 Oregon	I have been on the protocal for 2 weeks now and I already have a few drops of milk. No pumping yet. I can't believe it. Is this a sign of good things to come? Can it happen this fast? Please write and let me know. lcatmiyamoto

You really need to not do any stimulation like pumping or hand expression at this point in the protocol. If you are talking about leaking a little breast milk then that is not uncommon to have that at some point in the protocol. If it's the domperidone/birth control pill combination, then pumping is not typically begun until at least 30 days have passed. I too have drops & sprays. I am not pumping yet but my bio 5 year old nurses in the morning upon waking & to go to sleep at night. Will that really interfere with my success? And besides, where breastfeeding is concerned, the needs of your children come first so there is no way we would interfere with the nursing relationship between you and your 5 year old.
