Is the Vitamin Shoppe a good place to buy the herbs? I see Fenugreek and Fenugreek seed... same thing?? any particular manufacturer better than the other????

you can get like 5 lbs of fenugreek for 10.00 or something.
then i got my caps on ebay for 12.90 per 1,000 with shipping from earthlinks nurtrition. all i do is just put the fen in a cup or bowl and take the big part of the cap and jam in down repeatedly into the deepest part of the fen from the bowl and it packs itself and then just put the end on the cap and WHALAH <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> you are done...or you can order a cap em quick thing if you aren't cheap like me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> you can also go to capsuleking.com but they are more expensive, but you can get the cap em quick thing with one of your orders there. all in what you want to do. that is just my opinion. and i order my dom from healthcarepharma.com it is 7.00 per 100 pills and they dont charge shipping.

Thank you for this information Sleep and welome back! Making your own capsules is the least expensive alternative but if you are unable to do so for some reason, then you would want to look for a brand that contains Fenugreek seed (approximately 500-700 mg per capsule).
