Hi!

I'm new here. I've e-mailed with Lenore (thanks Lenore!) about the Newman-Goldfarb protocol as we are waiting to be matched for domestic newborn adoption. We also have a biological child who I was able to breastfeed for about 1 1/2 years. I'm so excited to do adoptive breastfeeding!

I've got a prescription for Ortho 1/35 and have spoken with an area IBCLC and an MD who is supportive of adoptive breastfeeding. Everyone keeps recommending that I order domperidone through globaldrugs. I guess I am confused. I see that globaldrugs doesn't require a prescription. Does this mean I don't need to GET a prescription for it? Is there any legal reason that I would need an Rx, or can I just order it? Maybe I'm being paranoid, but is it legal to order dom when it isn't approved in the US?

Thanks for any help you can offer!
