Our baby via gestational surrogacy is expected around August 1, so we have less than 4 weeks until he/she arrives. I started a modified/accelarated adoptive protocol back in May - took 1/35's for 6 straight weeks, along with dom about 2-3x/day. Stopped the bcps, and began the dom/fenu (just 2 fenu a day, and 3 dom) to ease into it. We also had plans to go overseas right after I stopped the bcps, so I decided to pump after the trip - it was just too much for me to bring the pump with me. All during the trip, I felt tingling and even a little "itchy" inside my breasts - figured that was a good thing!
So, I have pumped twice today so far, and at the
first pumping got about a 1/4 teaspoon of liquid! At the second pumping, I got about a teaspoon - I so excited! I was not sure I would even get anything, and I have to say that I'm so happy I got this much the first time out
It's been hard to get into pumping - I work full time, and I haven't really been comfortable pumping at work - there is a room for it I know, I just haven't been in there yet. Anyone else have a hard time figuring out how to get started? This is tough to do without a baby around.
