Yeah, it was a nightmare. I remembering sitting there in the NICU with her and she had this look on her face like the world was spinning out of control and she didn't know what to do. I felt so awful for her. I hope I can help make this one go much more smoothly though. She's a great person, I know it sounds corny but I'm glad she's my friend.
