KimP newbie K Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 7	I ordered some Goat's Rue in Ottawa through the Ottawa Natural Clinic Pharmacy on Slater St. It took them just a couple of days to get in and came as a tincture. It is a Boiron homeopathy product.

OP africa123 member A Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 98	Found this advice on kellys mom: Suggested dosage: tincture 1-2ml 3X/day infusion Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 tsp dried leaves. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1 cup 2 times per day. But not sure what that equals for the capsules...

KimP newbie K Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 7	When I was taking it, I was just following the directions on the bottle of tincture: 10 (0,2 ml) to 30 (0,6 ml) drops 1X to 3X/day If I recall correctly, I was taking 10 drops 3X/day. Unfortunately I wasn't on it long enough to know if it made a significant difference in supply. I'm currently back on the protocol and am not pumping. KimP
